What I love about this workout is that you can do it absolutely anywhere, yes anywhere. Do this in your hotel room, your driveway, outside the office...just do it! 

A tabata means 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated through 8 times. 


20 seconds jumping squats- Jump high and get down low on those squats. 

10 seconds rest

20 seconds push ups- feel free to modify to your knees but these are supposed to be hard!

10 seconds rest

Repeat through 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. 

If you have extra time. Do this tabata multiple times for a full body workout.
