Green Goddess Bowl

This nutrient packed bowl is part of my Wellness Wednesday tip that I put together especially for my friends over at Mint Studios. Try adding this to your morning routine for that goddess glow! 

1/4 cup organic coconut milk

1 scoop protein powder (try vega or a grass fed whey)

¼ cup wild organic blueberries

1 TBSP almond butter

1/2 an avocado

4-5 large stems of kale

4 mint leaves

¼ cup water

8-10 ice cubes

Instructions :

Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender

The smoothie should be very thick, much thicker than your normal smoothie

Scoop into a bowl and top with any or all of the following: chia, hemp, goji berries, blueberries, coconut flakes or mint.
