Paleo Flaxseed Bread

I baked this up especially for the Mint blog this week and am loving adding a little bit of healthy bread back into the mix! This sandwich bread is made with almond flour and flax seeds so it's free from gluten and grains but satisfies your bread cravings. 

INGREDIENTS :: 
3 cups almond meal or almond flour

1/2 cup ground flax seeds

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp baking soda

8 eggs beaten

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Coconut oil to grease bread pan

INSTRUCTIONS :: 
Preheat oven to 315

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl well

Grease a loaf pan well with coconut oil

Pour batter into pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let bread cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing. 

Makes 16-20 servings.
