Grass fed butter, ghee or coconut oil depending on which taste you prefer
1/4-1/2 avocado depending on how hungry you are
Tomatoes and hot sauce to garnish
Cook steel cut oats according to directions on bag - Normally takes about 20 minutes. Don't use the instant stuff. It's not good for you!
Heat up a skillet with your fat of choice (butter, ghee or coconut oil) and sautee about 1/2 cup of your cooked steel cut oats in the butter.
In another skillet, fry up 1-2 eggs in the fat of your choice.
Place sautéed oats in a bowl or on a plate and top with eggs, avocado and then tomatoes and hot sauce if you wish. Then enjoy!
