Turmeric Golden Milk

Turmeric is a deliciously soothing spice that helps keep our digestive system strong (which is great as we head into winter) and also has incredible anti-inflammatory benefits. I whipped this turmeric tea recipe up specifically with my girls over at Mint Studios in mind. It's the perfect drink to help calm muscles after a tough pilates or barre workout or to help you wind down before bed. Happy sipping!

Ingredients :: 

2 cups of almond milk

1 TBSP honey

1/2 packet or pinch of stevia

1 TBSP coconut oil

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 cinnamon stick

Instructions :: 

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk all ingredients so that they are properly mixed and then let simmer for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
