This smoothie is amazing after a big morning workout or to hold you over if you have an active, full day ahead of you. I have this almost every morning and it makes me feel fantastic. This recipe is for one serving but please play around with amounts so that they suit your lifestyle. 

1/2 cup of organic coconut milk or organic light coconut milk

5-6 large stems of organic dino kale

1/2 an avocado and/or a large handful of organic almonds

3-5 tablespoons of goji berries

1 tablespoon of raw organic cacao powder

1 tablespoon of spirulina

1 tablespoon organic chia seeds

1 tablespoon organic hemp seeds

1/2 tablespoon raw organic maca powder

1 serving of high quality protein powder

1 packet of stevia or 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)

3-4 sprigs of mint (optional)

8-10 ice cubes

1/2-1 cup of water or aloe vera juice for your desired consistency

Steam the kale lightly and then add all ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend for at least 1 minute to get everything blended together nicely and enjoy!
